Properties
Aquasol Aquaplas Geo White/Clear is formulated to be suitable for elastic silkscreen prints on cotton and polyester-cotton blend fabric. Aquasol Fixer NF, which is a formaldehyde-free fixer, can be added if required. The Aquasol Aquaplas Geo White/Clear provides a matt finish with exceptional softness, elasticity, smoothness and handfeel. In addition, the prints are tack free and provide good anti-block properties (no face-to-face sticky transfer of inks). The Aquasol Aquaplas Geo White/Clear is also environment compliant and free of the following chemicals;
Formaldehyde
Azo
Heavy metals
All Phthalates
Poly vinyl chloride (PVC)
Alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)
Aromatic solvents

Water-based Elastic Binder Paste for Extremely Fine Machine Silkscreen Printing
Properties
Aquasol Aquaplas White/Clear M are formulated to be suitable for silkscreen machine printing and regular table printing with screen mesh sizes of up to 250 for cotton and polyester-based type of fabric. In cases where there are very high demands on wash fastness, Aquasol Crosslinker can be added. Prints with Aquasol Aquaplas White/Clear M are soft, smooth, extremely fine, matt (low gloss) and highly elastic by design. Aquasol Aquaplas White/Clear M pastes are environmental friendly and are free from conventional toxins including formaldehyde, azo, APEO, polyvinyl chloride (P.V.C.) and phthalates. Aquasol Aquaplas White M - Highly opaque and elastic with brilliant white tone. Suitable for prints on dark fabric.
Aquasol Aquaplas Clear M - Transparent and elastic. Suitable for colour prints on white and light colour fabric. Well suited for process and tone colour prints. Aquasol Aquaplas Clear M can be mixed with Aquasol Aquaplas White M in any proportion as per requirement.
